Inter Agency Group

State-wide consultation of DRR & CCA on December 22, 2016:

Key dignitaries were experts from the Disaster Management Department, Health Department., Govt. of Jharkhand, UNICEF, UNDP, MECON, CCL, Plan India, Save the Children, amongst others, who were part of the panel of four core sessions that addressed resilient villages, resilient livelihoods, resilient basic services, gender vulnerability, and resilient cities.

Divisional level Consultation on DRR & CCA:

Palamu division: The consultation was held on 21st & 22nd Feb. 2017 under the chairmanship of Dr. Rajiv Arun Ekka (IAS) Divisional Commissioner, Palamu, and elaborated in detail the need to strengthen the DRR/CCA Road Map.

North Chotanagpur Division:

The consultation was held on 27th & 28th Feb. 2017 under the chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner, Hazaribagh, Mr. D.C. Mishra (I.A.S.), who illustrated in detail the felt need to strengthen the DRR/CCA Road Map.

 

Santhal Pargana Division:

The consultation was held on 6th & 7th March 2017 under the chairmanship of the Divisional Commissioner, Dumka, Mr. D.C. Mishra (I.A.S.), who illustrated in detail the felt need for strengthening the DRR/CCA Road Map. Officials from all the districts in the division were present in the consultation.

Kolhan Division:

 Mr. Prabhat Kumar (I.P.S.), DIG, Chaibasa, presided over the Chaibasa Divisional Consultation on 10th 11th March 2017 representing Dr. Pradeep Kumar (I.A.S.) Divisional Commissioner, Chaibasa, and illustrated in detail the felt need to strengthen the DRR/CCA Road Map. 

Divisional Level Consultation on Heat Wave & Thundering:

A divisional-level workshop on the heatwave and climate change was organized at Hotel A. K. International in collaboration with Inter Agency Group, Jharkhand, on the 26th of April 2024 at Hazaribagh.
